Is it possible to attend the conference without a report? Shall I be registered in this case?
It is possible to attend the conference without a report . However, to get access to to conference venue you have to submit your application for registration at the conference. Application submitted does not necessarily mean that you will be included in the list of participants, meanwhile you may get access to the conference as attendee.
