Participation matters

A potential MNTK-2016 participant should submit his/her application on-line at the web site or in written form addressing it to the Programme committee

Registration deadlines

  • With a report being submitted — 12 April 2016
  • Without report — 12 April 2016
  • Registration via the website for exhibition participants — 12 April 2016

Upon reviewing your application by the Programme Committee you will be informed by e-mail (sent to the e-mail address indicated in your application) about committee’s decision. If positive, you will be provided with login and password to access your Personal Office at this site.

The abstracts, presentation materials and full-text papers should be submitted to the Programme Committee in electronic form through Personal Office, by e-mail, on CD or memory stick.

Deadlines for submission of materials

  • Abstract submission — 12 April 2016
  • (for international participants) Provision of extra information needed for visa arrangement and/or hotel booking — 12 April 2016
  • Demonstration materials for oral report, and relevant full-text papers for inclusion in Conference Proceedings book — 29 April 2016

 

For the purpose of reports selection, abstracts of one-standard-page size should be submitted. Abstracts shall be prepared in accordance with guidelines on preparing abstracts and papers.

Upon reviewing your materials (abstracts) by Programme committee, status (oral/poster) of your presentation (if any) will be specified. Programme committee reserves a right to move your presentation to another section as appropriate.

Book of Abstracts will be distributed to participants by the beginning of the Conference, while the Conference Proceedings Book is planned to be published later on.

Book of Abstracts will comprise abstracts of all the papers accepted by Programme committee.

Proceedings book will include full-text papers presented at plenary, sections (orally) and selected poster presentations.

Full-text papers shall be prepared in accordance with guidelines on preparing abstracts and papers.

The full-text reports will be published in the Conference Proceedings Book in the original language.

Presentation materials should be submitted in the electronic form (MS PowerPoint). For demonstration of the materials, a video projector will be used.

 

Hotel

Information concerning hotel accomodation options is available at the Personal Office upon confirmation of participant’s registration.

International participants

International participants are requested to provide (through Personal Office and/or by e-mail) extra information as needed for visa arrangement and/or hotel booking till 12 April 2016.
