Guidelines ON preparing Abstracts and papers
The abstracts and full-text papers should be submitted to the Programme Committee in electronic form (through Personal Office, by e-mail, on CD or memory stick.
Requirements to abstract preparation
- Paper size: А4, book-oriented.
- Margin sizes: left- 3,0 cm, right, top and bottom — 2,0 cm.
- Font: Times New Roman, font size- 12 pt, single spacing. Indent — 0,75 cm.
- Paper title must be located at the top and centered; the font Times New Roman bold 12 (capital letters) should be used. A title should not have a dot in the end. The authors’ name(s) should be typed in Times New Roman bold 11, be centered and located below the title. Author’ name includes surname followed by initials.
- Institution and location should be typed in Times New Roman bold 11, located below author’s name(s) and centered.
- Physical values, abbreviations, etc., should be given in SI system.
- Abstract volume: not more than 1 pages (please avoid figures).
Requirements to full-text paper preparation
- Paper size: А4, book-oriented.
- Margin sizes: left- 3,0 cm, right, top and bottom — 2,0 cm.
- Font: Times New Roman, font size- 12 pt, single spacing. Indent — 0,75 cm.
- Abstract volume: not more than 1 pages (no figures).
- Paper title must be located at the top and centered; the font Times New Roman bold 12 (capital letters) should be used. A title should not have a dot in the end. The authors’ name(s) should be typed in Times New Roman bold 11, be centered and located below the title. Author’ name includes surname followed by initials.
- Institution and location should be typed in Times New Roman bold 11, located below author’s name(s) and centered.
- Physical values, abbreviations, etc., should be given in SI system. The word «Table» and the table number should be shifted to the right side of page; the next line should contain the table header typed in bold font and centered. The word «Table» and number are not included in case of only one table in the text.
- Formulae should be centered. Their numbers should be given in brackets at the right side. Formulae and fractional numbers should contain commas rather than dots, e.g.: 0,5; 10–3.
- Figure footer is positioned below the figure starting with «Fig.» and its number, e.g. «Fig.1». The word «Fig.» and number are not included in case of only one figure in the text
- Figures, diagrams, etc. should be submitted in separate file in one of the following formats: raster: tif, jpg, vector: cdr (Corel Draw), dwg (AutoCAD), eps (Adobe Illustrator).
- Reference numbers should be given in square brackets.
- Reference list is included in full-text paper only. Header «References» should be centered and typed in bold 12 pt font
