Dear participants and guests of the Tenth International Scientific and Technical Conference «Safety, efficiency and economics of the nuclear power industry»!

For all of us it is important to enhance the nuclear power plant operation process, involve the science in modernization procedures, and introduce innovations into nuclear power activities. We hold these traditional scientific fora in order to achieve tangible results. To this end, we need to use experience and, moreover, constructive opinion exchange that would help to find optimum solutions.

I believe that attractive discussions at the MNTK platform would facilitate strengthening integration links, enhance safety and economic efficiency of the nuclear power industry, and raise its international image as a sector with significant scientific and technical capacity.

I wish to all the participants and guests any success in their work, fruitful ideas and interesting and creative business contacts.
